Yoo Team - about time for an updated resistance band workout. 😎 Just an FYI: you will need a secure attachment for a lot of the exercises. Therefore this routine works great as a gym workout. Keep smashing it & enjoy! 🔥
Dear Julia, my plan was to use only your warm up, to do some upper body resistance band work, finally i cut not stop and i am happy about it. Its not only the setup, it is also the setting. Nice one, thank you.
I love this! I have been using resistance bands for several months now, and my son is starting to use them as well, so having more content including them is helpful for us, thanks buddy!
I’ve been traveling, but I remembered to pack 2 bands. And then I remembered you had posted a new workout with bands. I had to make some adjustments for my workout space, but this was just what I needed. Thanks! 😅😊
1st off congratulations to 100 000 + subscribers. Your resistance band workouts are always great, because how adaptable they are. I opted to use weights for a few moves, just out of personal preference. And jumped back to bands for the other moves. It was really fun and just what I needed to fight the growing winter depression. THX
I had to get very creative to make that work, but my muscles are shaky so I think I did alright. 👍This was fantastic. Thank you for the amazing workouts, Julia.
This is a great strength training with resistance really feeling my muscles on fire u are a rockstar Julia thank you for your hard work and time u are bringing great training keep up the great work thumb up always
They’re integrated in some of the multi-joint exercises! I rarely isolate them these days as I focus more so on functional patterns. But I totally get what you’re saying so I see what I can do. 😌
My first mobility workout live. Joined last second, and I was totally unprepared. But luckily I have a resistance band and a pull up bar to hook the band on. I made it work. 😉
All good - this was not a live, I would announce that. ☺️ Just a premiere! Also this features very little mobility but focuses more on strength exercises w/ resistance (bands). Anyways hope you enjoyed it and thanks for tuning in. 🤗
Jesus saying “Keep the commandments…. sell give to the poor etc.”…. is what you could call a rhetorical answer. Later he says do the works of God that leads to eternal life which is “to believe in Him”…So did he just change his mind in the same book? Its illogical to read the bible as if its a math formula (which is the general approach in the west including christians), it’s more logical to read it as communication, as in read it thematically. If you read the whole book you could summarize the entire message of John as saying salvation/ eternal life comes by faith in Christ (i.e ) not works, That whole concept is debated in the entire New testament (the book of romans/ Galatians etc). The debate between those two is definitely showing up in John’s gospel. Christ appears to be demonstrating to the rich young ruler that he had not actually fulfilled the law (i.e he had and idol above god in this case specifically money). Its a rhetorical devise. The bible authors do that frequently. Jesus is often asked a question and answers a different question (nicodemus conversion and the woman at the well for example). I believe He is attempting to convict the rich young ruler that his god is money (i.e he is breaking several of the commandments). Its an inference. I can prove it but that’s exactly how communication works. You say things to convey meaning. The number of “contradictions” in scripture drops dramatically if you consider it normal human communication (i.e we communicate meaning and themes using specific words, but the point is not specific word combinations but the actual meaning behind what is being said). You could go through this exercise one at a time with many passages. Another example is John changes some of the gospel events/ stories. Why?? Is he ignorant of history or facts?? Or is it his thematic point is not to tell a specific historical sequence (like Luke did), he’s making various thematic points.
